MRWC thrives on the strength of its volunteers. There are many ways to help MRWC achieve it mission of promoting and protecting the health of the Millers River, its watershed and our local commnities.
Join the 2014 Bacteria Sampling Team. Sampling will start in June and will be collected on every other Week till September.

It’s here – Spring of 2014. A new volunteer water quality monitoring
program involving temperature, flow, and Macro-invertebrates. All geared to help citizens & MRWC track stream health. Trib Watch needs:
–field survey members – temperature at upper and lower Millers stream sites & 2-3 flow stations. Where can you help?
— in house help to set up database . —culvert survey team leaders & helpers.

River Clean ups: Look for schedule by late March.
Other opportunities include: trail stewardship, river clean ups, council efforts, and the development of a Blue Trail on the Otter River. Contact us if you would like to volunteer.
